Overall, Snagit for Mac is a great tool for taking quick screen grabs and offers plenty of options for adding a long list of specialized graphics and effects. You won't get screen-cast videos, for example, and you can't setup tags for images for easy searching in the Mac version.īut TechSmith says more features are coming soon. Snagit for Mac has a number of great options for calling out specific parts of images, but it's still a bit behind the Windows version. Now, you'll be able to add stylized edges, borders, and shadows to your image, or even use the Perspective or Reflection options for a more 3D effect.
